I believe in your future, and I know the framework you need because I've walked through my own valleys. 

I've spent 20 years in corporate training, recruiting, sales, small business ownership, and ministry leadership. I've been part of mass corporate layoffs and business losses. I've transitioned from homeowner to tenant and back to homeowner.

I've also been promoted, thrived in business prosperity, and traveled to incredible places. Life has shown me both sides. 

I survived a decade of abuse before finding the strength to file for divorce, leave with my five children, and start over. I felt empowered—but not free. I couldn't dream because leaving was only the beginning.

For ten years I'd been silenced, defeated, unrecognized. I wondered if I'd ever be ME again. It was in those dark, quiet moments that my inner voice finally had space to be heard.

What I found in my lowest place was myself.

My passion to help others had always been there, but my journey connected me with deeper purpose. Discovering that purpose in the middle of disaster—that was my spark. I began setting and achieving goals, listening to myself, believing in myself.

Fast forward to today: I homeschool my five children, train with the best through John Maxwell's Team Member certification program, and run a thriving coaching practice.

But here's what matters most: I don't just teach freedom—I live it.

I created the F.R.E.E. Framework™ not from theory, but from ashes. I know what it means to lose your spark and fight to fuel your fire again. I know what it takes to trade the known for the unknown. And I know that underneath every demand, every role, every expectation, and all of the overwhelm—there's a woman with a deeper purpose just waiting to ignite.

Coaching isn't just my work. It's my calling. It's God's way of turning my experiences and the hardest decade of my life into the most meaningful work I'll ever do.
